Alopecia

What is Alopecia?

It is also known as Alopecia areata. Simply put, it means spot baldness. Some people jokingly refer to it as hair "desert encroachment".
Wikpedia.org puts it this way "Alopecia areata, also known as spot baldness, is an autoimmune disease in which hair is lost from some or all areas of the body, usually from the scalp due to the body's failure to recognize its own body cells and subsequent destruction of its own tissue as if it were an invader."

It does not discriminate against races. It occurs both in whites, blacks, hispanics, asian, and all races known to mankind.

It is a gradual hair loss that keeps 'moving' and harvesting hairs in certain spots of the head until it defines a pattern of baldness. I do not think it should be a source of worry, but most men, I recently found out, feel a part of their self-esteem injured by this challenge. While some like it since they have to less frequent the barbing saloons.
Men who are affected in their ego by alopecia often seek all forms of cures for baldness, while others seek hair regrowth for their alopecia.
When we were kids, I believed that men who had this pattern of hair loss were created by G-d to be rich and wealthy since most of my Dad's friends who had alopecia were rich and influential men in the society.

Anyway, I found , through research that there are certain fruits and vegetables that someone should be eating to help prevent or ameliorate or totally cure the alopecia problem rather than resort to synthetic hair growth products that one is not sure might contain cancerous ingredients.

I believe that G-d embedded in all of the vegetation, the healing ingredients for all parts of the human body and that is what drives me in researching herbal or what I call "vegetahealth" solutions.
I found quite a number of fruits and vegetables that will help you prevent or cure alopecia(in case you are one of those men or women who is seriously concerned about hair loss problem.

The first on the list I have is ARTICHOKES

You like to know what artichokes look like. See one below

I am quite sure that if you have been in the Boys scout in Nigeria then you might have played with the artichoke.

The artichoke is is popular for its aphrodisiac properties. It is fibre-rich and contains more bone-building magnesium and potassium than any other vegetable. Its leaves are rich in flavonoids and polyphenols - both are antioxidants that can greatly reduce the risk of stroke. It is also very rich in vitamin C, which help you maintain a strong immune system.

The next on my list is the ASPARAGUS

What a name? Please see what asparagus looks like below

The third name on my list is AVOCADO

According to a reputable herbal expert, avocado is one of the most nutrient-saturated or -dense fruits available. It is also known as "alligator peer".

The fourth member on my list is BANANA

Do I need to display its image? Very common in Nigeria and other West African countries.

Some of the natural vitamins, minerals and nutrients contained in this fruit are Vitamin B6, Vitamin B9(Folate, Folic acid), Vitamin C, magnesium and potassium.

The list goes on and on. Keep coming back to this blog to get updates on these G-d-made fruits that you can use to deal with the alopecia 'menace',

Cheers.

  1. Irrespective of receiving daily oral or future injectable depot therapies, these require health care visits for medication and monitoring of safety and response. If patients are treated early enough, before a lot of immune system damage has occurred, life expectancy is close to normal, as long as they remain on successful treatment. However, when patients stop therapy, virus rebounds to high levels in most patients, sometimes associated with severe illness because i have gone through this and even an increased risk of death. The aim of “cure”is ongoing but i still do believe my government made millions of ARV drugs instead of finding a cure. for ongoing therapy and monitoring. ARV alone cannot cure HIV as among the cells that are infected are very long-living CD4 memory cells and possibly other cells that act as long-term reservoirs. HIV can hide in these cells without being detected by the body’s immune system. Therefore even when ART completely blocks subsequent rounds of infection of cells, reservoirs that have been infected before therapy initiation persist and from these reservoirs HIV rebounds if therapy is stopped. “Cure” could either mean an eradication cure, which means to completely rid the body of reservoir virus or a functional HIV cure, where HIV may remain in reservoir cells but rebound to high levels is prevented after therapy interruption.Dr Itua Herbal Medicine makes me believes there is a hope for people suffering from,Parkinson's disease,Schizophrenia,Cancer,Scoliosis,Fibromyalgia,Fluoroquinolone Toxicity
